Terms & Conditions 

1. The promotion is for a limited time and can be stopped at the Landlord discretion, without giving prior notice (The promotion is valid till 31st December 2023). 

2. Submission of all mandatory documents required to qualify the prospective tenant is necessary.

3. Financial criteria of the prospective client to be met as per company policy.

4. All prospective clients would need to have their Profile approved prior to booking of unit.

5. Approval or rejection of a prospective client's profile is strictly at the Landlord's discretion. 

6. This offer is applicable for new tenants only.

7. This offer is only valid on selected unit and properties.

• Original documents would be required for verification as and when needed.

• Valid Emirates ID copy

• 3 months bank statement / salary certificate / MOL contract

• Valid passport copy with visa page
